近日，長(cháng)榮海運發(fā)布了一則“漲價(jià)通知”，通知稱(chēng)將從5月1日起對美國目的港的車(chē)架收費上漲50% ：由原來(lái)的每箱80美元調整為120美元。

The details are as follows for your commercial consideration: 我們特此通知您，我們將于2023年5月1日實(shí)施底盤(pán)使用費-卸貨港（CUC/D），并提交FMC文件。出于商業(yè)考慮，詳情如下： Rule:@21-C04 Chassis Usage Charge - Port of Discharge (CUC/D) 規則：@21-C04車(chē)架使用費-卸貨港（CUC/D） Effective date: May 01，2023 (生效日期:2023年5月1日) Chassis Usage Charge - in the United States only: Notwithstanding any other terms, provisions and conditions of the Carrier'sTariff rule or Equipment Interchange Agreements set forth in this Tariffincluding subsequent amendments and revision thereto, governing the interchangeand use by Shippers, Consignees or their agents of equipment provided by theCarrier，the following chassis usages rules shall apply: 車(chē)架使用費-僅在美國： 盡管承運人運價(jià)規則或本運價(jià)中規定的設備交換協(xié)議的任何其他條款、規定和條件（包括隨后的修訂和修訂）適用于托運人、收貨人或其代理人對承運人提供的設備的交換和使用，但應適用以下車(chē)架使用規則:
Chassis Usage Charge (CUC/D) (initial period of use). A chassis usage chargeshall apply to all shipments that are destined to US states for which a Carrier-provided standard chassis with not more than 2 axles is used in theUnited States.
車(chē)架使用費(CUC/D)(初始使用期)。車(chē)架使用費適用于運往美國各州的所有貨物，這些貨物在美國使用承運人提供的不超過(guò)2軸的標準車(chē)架。
For Dry Standard and Dry Special Equipment Cargo :
Chassis usage shall be calculated from the day of interchange plus four (4) working days，i.e. excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.
USD 80 120 per container
對于標準干貨和特殊設備干貨，車(chē)架使用量從換車(chē)之日起加四(4)個(gè)工作日計算，即：不包括星期六、星期日及假期。每箱120美元
For Reefer Cargo :
Chassis usage shall be calculated from the day of interchange plus three (3)working days，i.. excluding Saturday，Sundays and Holidays.
USD 80 120 per container
對于冷藏貨物，車(chē)架使用量從交換之日起加三(3)個(gè)工作日計算，如…不包括星期六、星期日及假期。每箱120美元
